Safe, limited, and reversible in under 2 minutes. Here's exactly what we need and why.

The Short Version
To publish the social content we create for you — and to pull the performance numbers for your monthly report — Sovamoon needs limited access to your Facebook Page and Instagram account. That's it.
What we CAN do: publish the posts you've approved, on schedule, and view basic post performance (reach, likes, comments) for your monthly report.
What we CANNOT do: we never see or receive your password. We do not own your account, your Page, or your followers — they stay 100% yours.
Reversible in under 2 minutes: you can remove our access at any time, for any reason. Nothing is held hostage.
Three ways to grant access
Pick whichever fits how you already manage your accounts — Option A is easiest for most people.
Option A — Approve our request(recommended) — you don't use Meta Business Manager and just want the simplest path.
Option B — Add us as a Partner in Business Manager — you already manage your Page through Meta Business Manager.
Option C — Add our account directly to your Page — fallback if A and B aren't working for your setup.
How to confirm it's really us
Any request or new access you see should trace back to one of these:
Business name: Sovamoon DigitalBusiness ID: 920351640581662
If a request looks like it's from a name or account you don't recognize, don't approve it — contact us first to confirm.

Before You Start: Check Your Instagram Account Type
Posting to Instagram through this kind of access only works if your Instagram is a Professional account (Business or Creator) that's linked to your Facebook Page. Most business accounts already are — here's how to check in under a minute:
On Instagram: open the app → your profile → Settings → Business tools and controls (wording varies slightly by app version) → confirm it says Business or Creator account. If it says "Personal," switch it here — it's free and takes seconds.
On Facebook: open your Page → Settings → Linked accounts (or Instagram in the Page settings menu) → confirm your Instagram account is linked. If it's not, link it here.
If you're not sure, don't worry — flag it to us and we'll walk you through it live.

Option A — Approve Our Request
Most clients: this is the only section you need.
This is the path we suggest for almost everyone. Here's what happens:
You tell us your Facebook Page name or URL — that's all we need from you to start.
We send an access request from our business account, Sovamoon Digital, directly to your Page.
You'll see a notification along the lines of: "Sovamoon Digital has requested access to your Page." You can find this in your Page's notifications, or by going to business.facebook.com → Requests.
You review and click Approve. That's the whole process on your end.
No passwords change hands. No settings for you to configure beyond clicking Approve.

Option B — Add Us as a Partner in Business Manager
If you already manage your Facebook Page through Meta Business Manager, this is the cleanest way to grant access — it's how businesses typically work with outside agencies.
Go to Business Settings in Meta Business Manager.
Click Users → Partners → Add.
Choose "Give a partner access to your assets."
Enter our Business ID: 920351640581662 (this is Sovamoon Digital's business ID in Meta's system).
Assign your Facebook Page and Instagram account, and grant content management permissions (this covers publishing posts and viewing performance — it does not include billing or account ownership).
5
Option C — Add Our Account Directly to Your Page
If Options A and B don't work for your setup, there's a third path: adding our operator account directly to your Page as an admin/editor.
Go to your Facebook Page → Settings → Page access (or New Pages Experience → Page access).
Click Add and search for our team's profile.
You'll see the profile name "Http Fiveoseven" — that's us. Meta requires a real personal profile (not a business account) for this specific method, which is why the name looks different from "Sovamoon Digital."
Assign the appropriate access level and confirm.
6
What About Instagram Specifically?
Once your Instagram is linked to your Facebook Page (see "Before You Start" above), access flows through the Page automatically — there's no separate Instagram-only step to complete. Whichever option (A, B, or C) you use for your Facebook Page covers Instagram too.
7
What About LinkedIn?
We prepare LinkedIn content for you the same way we do for Facebook and Instagram — written, formatted, and ready to go. The difference is you post it yourself (or, by separate arrangement, we post it manually on your behalf). LinkedIn doesn't require you to grant us any account access, because we don't auto-publish there.

How to Remove Sovamoon's Access (Any Time)
You're always in control. Removing access takes under 2 minutes and doesn't affect your Page, your followers, or your content — it simply stops us from publishing on your behalf.
If you approved us via Option A or B (Business Manager / Partner access)
Go to business.facebook.com → Business Settings → Users → Partners.
Find Sovamoon Digital in the list.
Click Remove.
If you added us via Option C (direct Page access)
Go to your Facebook Page → Settings → Page access.
Find our account in the list of people with access.
Click Remove.
Either way, the change takes effect immediately. Nothing about your account, your posts, or your followers is affected — you simply stop sharing publishing access with us.

Mini-FAQ
Do you ever get my password?
No — never. Every option above works through Meta's own permission system, not a login/password handoff.
Does this cost anything?
No. There's no fee from Meta or from us for granting this kind of access.
Can I still post to my own accounts myself?
Yes, always. Granting us access never restricts what you can do on your own Page or Instagram — you can post, edit, or delete anything, anytime, exactly as before.
Do you own my Page or my followers?
No. Your Page, your Instagram account, and your audience are yours — always. We're simply granted permission to publish approved content and view performance data.
What if I want to pause without fully removing access?
Just let us know — we can hold off on publishing anytime without you having to touch any settings.
